Who we are

Lawless, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Lawless", "we") operates uselawless.com and Priorbit, a US patent and trademark database that AI agents call on your behalf. This policy explains what we collect when you use the website, create an account, or connect an AI app to Priorbit, and what we do with it. Questions and requests: zhiyuanren@uselawless.com.

What we collect

  • Account. A username and password, or the name and email address your Google account shares with us when you sign in with Google. Passwords are stored by our sign-in provider (Supabase) in hashed form; we never see them.
  • Call records. Each time an AI app uses a Priorbit tool under your account we record the time, which tool was called, whether it succeeded, how long it took, and how many credits it used. We do not record what you searched for.
  • Work in progress. So that an AI app can resume a piece of work, we keep that work's search terms, product description and results, tied to your account. They are deleted after 30 days without use.
  • Approximate location. The country an AI app connects from, derived from its IP address at the time of the call. The IP address itself is not stored; for calls without an account we keep only a one-way hash of it, to enforce daily limits.
  • Free lookups and contact forms. Brand names you type into the free lookup on the home page, and whatever you send through the "contact sales" form (name, email, company, message).
  • Technical data. Browser type, pages visited and timing, collected by our hosting provider for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

  • To run the service: authenticate you, count credits against your plan, enforce daily limits, and let an AI app resume work.
  • To keep it working: find and fix errors, measure speed, and detect abuse.
  • To improve it: aggregate usage by tool and by type of work. We never read your search terms for this.
  • To respond when you contact us, and to bill you once paid plans open.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

  • Call records: 180 days.
  • Work in progress: 30 days after last use.
  • Account data: as long as the account exists.
  • Contact-form messages: until handled, then up to 2 years.

Who else sees it

We use these providers to run the service. Each sees only what it needs:
  • Supabase — sign-in and account storage (United States).
  • Google — only if you choose "Sign in with Google"; Google tells us your name and email.
  • Railway and Vercel — hosting for the Priorbit server and the website (United States).
  • Stripe — payment processing when paid plans open; Stripe, not Lawless, stores card details.
  • The USPTO — some record lookups are fetched live from the USPTO's public systems; those requests do not carry your identity.
We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect the service and its users.

AI apps you connect

When you connect Claude Code, Codex, Cowork or another AI app to Priorbit, that app sends your questions to Priorbit and shows you the results. The AI app and its provider are governed by their own privacy terms. You can see and disconnect connected apps at any time on your account page.

Your choices

  • See your usage and connected apps on your account page.
  • Disconnect an AI app at any time; access it already holds ends within an hour.
  • Ask us to export or delete your account and records: email zhiyuanren@uselawless.com. We answer within 30 days.
  • If you are in the EU, UK or California, you also have the rights those laws give you (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). Use the same address.

Children

Priorbit is for business and professional use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date at the top. For material changes we will notify account holders by email or on the account page.

  • 调用记录。AI 应用以你的账号使用 Priorbit 工具时，我们记录时间、调用了哪个工具、是否成功、花了多久、用了多少积分。我们不记录你检索的内容。
  • 进行中的工作。为了让 AI 应用能接着做同一件工作，我们保存这件工作的检索条件、产品描述和结果，关联到你的账号，30 天不用自动删除。
  • 大致位置。AI 应用连接时所在的国家或地区，由当时的 IP 地址推算。IP 地址本身不保存；没有账号的调用只保存 IP 的单向哈希，用来执行每日限额。
  • 免费试查和联系表单。你在首页免费试查框里输入的品牌名，以及通过"联系销售"表单发来的内容（姓名、邮箱、公司、留言）。
  • 技术数据。浏览器类型、访问的页面和时间，由托管服务商出于安全和性能目的收集。我们不使用广告追踪。

我们怎么用

  • 运行服务：验证身份、按方案计算积分、执行每日限额、让 AI 应用接续工作。
  • 维护服务：发现和修复错误、测量速度、识别滥用。
  • 改进服务：按工具和工作类型做汇总统计。我们不会为此阅读你的检索内容。
  • 回复你的联系；付费方案开通后用于计费。
我们不出售个人数据，也不把它用于广告。

保存多久

  • 调用记录：180 天。
  • 进行中的工作：最后一次使用后 30 天。
  • 账号数据：账号存续期间。
  • 联系表单：处理完毕后最多保留 2 年。

谁能看到

我们使用以下服务商来运行服务，每家只看到它需要的部分：
  • Supabase——登录与账号存储（美国）。
  • Google——仅当你选择"用 Google 登录"时；Google 向我们提供你的姓名和邮箱。
  • Railway 与 Vercel——Priorbit 服务器和网站的托管（美国）。
  • Stripe——付费方案开通后处理付款；卡信息由 Stripe 保存，Lawless 不保存。
  • USPTO——部分记录实时从 USPTO 公开系统获取，这些请求不携带你的身份。
法律要求时，或为保护服务和用户时，我们也可能披露数据。

你连接的 AI 应用

当你把 Claude Code、Codex、Cowork 或其他 AI 应用连接到 Priorbit 时，由该应用把你的问题发给 Priorbit 并向你展示结果。AI 应用及其提供方受它们自己的隐私条款约束。你随时可以在账号页查看并断开已连接的应用。

你的选择

  • 在账号页查看用量和已连接的应用。
  • 随时断开 AI 应用；它已持有的访问权限最长一小时内失效。
  • 导出或删除账号和记录：发邮件到 zhiyuanren@uselawless.com，我们在 30 天内答复。
  • 如果你在欧盟、英国或加州，你还享有当地法律赋予的权利（访问、更正、删除、可携带、反对）。同样写信到上述地址。

儿童

Priorbit 面向商业和专业用途，不面向 16 岁以下儿童。我们不会有意收集他们的数据。

变更

变更会发布在本页并更新顶部日期。重大变更我们会通过邮件或账号页通知账号持有人。
